I know it's been talked about for several years but does anyone know if any additional rules will be applied this year to try to "tame" the participants particularly in the fantasy zone? I could do without seeing men exposing themselves but love seeing all the wonderful body paintings. I hope key west never takes that away.

We managed to visit Key West during the Fantasy Fest weekend and it was awesome! The weather was Time of our lives!
My feet up on the couch, football on, my laptop in my lap. The channel changes, and my husband asks if I want to go to Fantasy Fest. I paused my typing.
Not just ON Halloween, either, but starting last weekend they've been blocking off the main drag at night Duvall Street and all these people have just been standing in the middle of the street, partying all day and all night. I am not a party person and when I see someone wandering around with a beer in their hand, I get really nervous. Because what if they spill it on me? Then I would smell like beer.
